Before Quantum Glow ever existed — before this course had a name, a structure, or a vision — it lived inside my body.

It whispered long before I understood it.
It moved me long before I could put words around it.
It called me long before I knew where it would lead.

And like all true beginnings…
it started with movement.

🌿 Movement as My First Language

I’ve been dancing since I was six years old.
With over two decades of experience, dance has become my sanctuary — the place where I breathed, healed, expressed, and remembered myself.

Dance taught me to trust my body, listen to my sensations, and follow energy instead of pushing through life with force.

But beneath every movement lived a deeper pulse — a knowing in my bones:

I am meant to work with women.
To witness their rise.
To help them return to their truth and power.

✨ The Retreat That Opened My Soul

During a retreat in Bali this year, everything changed.
Something inside me cracked open — tender, ancient, and profoundly real.

And when I later co-created a retreat in Portugal, the inner voice became unmistakable:

This is your path. Keep going.

I heard the message as clearly as breath:

I am here to guide.
I am here to serve.
I am here to awaken women.

That moment marked the beginning of my true path —
from movement to embodiment,
from expression to transformation,
from teaching to soul work.

💫 When Quantum Flow Found Me

Around the same time, Quantum Flow entered my life like a full-body YES.

I became a Certified Instructor, and suddenly everything I had lived, studied, and embodied fell into perfect alignment.

During my first challenge, I received a vision that electrified every cell:

A massive crowd breathing together on a beach —
heat, truth, light, joy, and release moving through us like one living organism.

And I knew instantly:

This is the work I am meant to bring into the world.

Quantum Flow transformed me from the inside out:

• I healed relationships
• Released chronic pain
• Naturally detoxed from alcohol and sugar
• Found joy, clarity, and sovereignty
• Returned home to my body
• Saw my patterns with compassion
• Remembered my truth

I knew this work was not mine to keep.
