I’ve spent years as a choreographer and dance teacher, guiding people to reconnect with their bodies and discover freedom through movement. I carry the soul of an artist—driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep longing to explore the possibilities of the human experience.
I am Certified Quantum Flow Instructor. Quantum Flow is a powerful modality that supports deep nervous system regulation and energetic transformation on a cellular level.
My 13-year-old daughter is my greatest inspiration. She motivates me every day to create a brighter, more conscious, and joy-filled world.
I believe in the profound intelligence of the body and the healing power of conscious connection—heart, body, and mind in harmony. I’m inspired by nature, by human relationships, and by the infinite energy that flows through us all. My mission is rooted in joy, vitality, feminine power, and embodiment.
